From Enquiry to Delivery

A Clear Process for Your Customer Deliveries

Start with your delivery requirements. We’ll discuss the route and agree the details before goods are handed over or collected for delivery.

Four Steps to an Agreed Delivery

1. Share Your Requirements

Tell us the service needed, what you want delivered, the proposed handover or collection area and the destination areas. For recurring orders, include estimated volumes and frequency.

2. Agree the Arrangement

Our team assesses the route and discusses availability, charges, expected timing, handling needs and receiving arrangements. Confirm these details before booking.

3. Hand Over Goods or Prepare for Collection

Once arrangements are confirmed, have the goods ready at the agreed point in Uganda. Follow the handover or collection arrangements discussed with our team.

4. Deliver to the Recipient

Basenalu completes the agreed delivery to the recipient. Discuss how completion will be communicated and what should happen if receiving difficulties arise before booking.

International Orders: Handover in Uganda

For overseas e-commerce businesses, Basenalu’s role starts at an agreed handover point in Uganda. International transport and customs clearance are arranged separately.

Share your proposed handover point, arrival plans and customer destination areas. If your business has no Ugandan presence, you can still enquire about final delivery; the handover and delivery arrangements must be agreed before booking.

Domestic Orders: Collection or Handover

For Ugandan sellers and retailers, tell us where customer orders will be ready and the areas they need to reach. We’ll discuss collection or handover and assess the proposed routes.

Prepare the orders for the agreed collection or handover after the arrangements are confirmed.

What to Share in Your Initial Enquiry

Give us your contact details, service choice, product or item description, handover or collection plans and destination areas. If you are discussing a partnership, include estimated monthly delivery volumes and preferred frequency where known.

General areas are enough to begin. Please do not submit customer recipient lists, payment information or precise residential addresses through the initial enquiry form.

Enquiring Is the First Step

Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking. The team will discuss availability, charges and timing with you before a delivery arrangement is agreed.
