How Basenalu handles information shared through its delivery quote and partnership enquiry form.

Basenalu Logistics Ltd uses information you submit through this website to respond to your enquiry and discuss possible delivery arrangements.
Information You Provide
The enquiry form requests your enquiry type, service, contact name, phone number, handover or collection area and destination areas. A partnership enquiry also requires an email address. Email is optional for a delivery quote.
You may provide a company name, estimated monthly delivery volume and additional requirements. If a partnership handover or collection location is undecided, you can choose “Not yet agreed”.
Please do not include payment information, recipient lists or precise residential addresses in the initial enquiry. The team will discuss information needed for an agreed delivery separately.
How Your Enquiry Is Handled
The website sends submitted enquiry information to Basenalu’s business email for follow-up. The team uses it to understand the requested service, assess the proposed arrangement and respond using the contact details you supply.
The form also uses a temporary identifier derived from your internet connection address to limit repeated submissions.
Contact and External Services
WhatsApp and social links open services operated by other providers, whose privacy terms apply. Opening WhatsApp does not send a message automatically.
